A Guide to Trick-or-Treating in Hannibal

This gets posted in all the Things/Stuff/Things Really/Whats/Important/ETC Happening in Hannibal Facebook groups ALL THE TIME.

Where is the best place to Trick or Treat in Hannibal?

So we've done our best to make you a guide to Trick-or-Treating in Hannibal. We LOVE Trick-or-Treating. It's a magical time of year kind of like the Christmas holidays, but I think it gets a little overlooked in that way. Every group that sets up a trick-or-treat and trunk-or-treat is trying to create a special free evening for kids. So KUDDOS to everyone participating in a trick-or-treat and giving out candy. You guys rock!

Where will we be on Halloween evening? Well, since you asked.... The Mark Twain Dinette will be using our BRAND STINKING NEW COTTON CANDY MACHINE and giving away free cotton candy at the Main Street Trick or Treat from 5-8pm.

For those of you who don't know the dynamic at the restaurant, me (Kenna) and my dad (Jody) run operations. And for weeks I begged for this cotton candy machine. I texted him pictures and pictures of machines. I was like, "Hey, won't this new cotton candy machine be so cool at Halloween?" And he came through. If you see my dad, tell him congratulations on his new Cotton Candy machine.

The Main Street Trick or Treat is being hosted by the Historic Hannibal Marketing Council on Halloween night from 5-8pm. They have been running all over town and talking to groups and organizations to come down and pass out candy on Halloween. There will be downtown businesses passing out candy, a photo booth, fire trucks, petting zoo and pony rides, dump trucks, bounce houses, trunk or treats, crafts, and games. This event is going to be SO MUCH FUN! There will be a complimentary hayride running from The HNB Bank at Broadway and Main, The Warehouse of Horrors, and The Admiral Coontz Armory.

We are so excited about this event, but are really appreciative of all the other trunk or treating events happening in Hannibal too! The more events the better! Enjoy your Guide to Trick-or-Treating in Hannibal.

And without further delay, here is your guide to trick or treating in Hannibal, MO! Enjoy the abbreviated picture or skip down for the full details.
